В данном интервью мы представляем очень интересный и уникальный сервис Рунета, нестандартный для веб2.0 проектов, соединяющий с одной стороны b2b, с другой b2c направления. Большим успехом является то, что сервис с самого момента открытия является прибыльным, при этом не привлекает инвесторов и развивается на свои средства.

1. Как, когда и для кого создавался Ваш проект?
ProstoPrint.com начал свою работу в феврале 2007 года. История его создания следующая: с 2004 года мы управляли обычным интернет-магазином футболок с оригинальными надписями. Это был классический web 1.0. ресурс: мы с коллегами придумывали и добавляли товары с различными принтами, пользователи их заказывали.
В конце 2006 года один из наших партнеров предложил нам несколько иной формат сотрудничества: он сам придумывает принты на футболках и сувенирах и рекламирует готовые товары в своем собственном магазине, мы же принимаем оплату, изготавливаем, доставляем и выплачиваем ему вознаграждение.
Мы попробовали - получилось. Заинтересовались такой возможностью и другие наши будущие партнеры - администраторы клубных сайтов, сообществ, а также независимые дизайнеры. Количество партнерских магазинов росло - однако с увеличением их числа возникла проблема их синхронизирования: каждый партнер сам для себя выбирал формат магазина, кто-то делал витрину на OsCommerce, кто-то на ShopScript, а кто-то и вовсе самописную. Таким образом, если у нас добавлялся новый товар или (не дай бог!) менялся курс валют - приходилось последовательно совершать изменения в разных магазинах или, что еще хуже, писать партнерам, ждать от них ответа (кто-то в отпуске, кто-то занят и т.д.)
Так мы подошли к первой версии ProstoPrint.com, которая увидела свет зимой позапрошлого года. Мы не ставили перед собой цели немедленно и интенсивно "раскрутить" проект - однако он оказался очень востребован рынком даже без особой рекламы.
В сентябре 2008 года мы запустили вторую версию сервиса - и это именно тот ProstoPrint.com, которым сейчас пользуются наши партнеры (их сейчас более 6 тысяч).
2. Какие web2.0 сервисы реализованы на вашем ресурсе? Что нового и полезного сможет выделить для себя посетитель?
ProstoPrint.com - это UGG (user generated goods) сервис, самый последний тренд в "вебдванолизации всея интернет". У нас пользователи могут генерировать уже не контент, новости или видео, а самые что ни на есть физические товары - футболки, сумки, постеры, сувенирные магниты, чашки и многое другое. Причем как для себя (онлайн-конструктор товаров), так и для продажи другим пользователям через собственный онлайн-магазин - это приносит не только моральное удовлетворение, но и материальное вознаграждение.
Кроме того, у нас реализован и ряд, если можно так сказать, более «тонких» веб 2.0.сервисов. Например, если Вы талантливый дизайнер, способны нарисовать интересный и востребованный дизайн, но не хотите заниматься продажами - без проблем, загружайте дизайн в ProstoPrint.com, установите желаемый авторский гонорар и разрешите другим пользователям сервиса создавать и продавать товары на базе Вашего творчества. Как только в каком-то из магазинов сервиса продается изделие с принтом Ваше авторства - Вы автоматически получаете гонорар. Этот сервис называется "Shared Designs".
Или противоположный пример: Вы совсем не дизайнер, но с детства чувствовали в себе коммерческую жилку. В этом случае Вы можете выступить в качестве байера и импортировать (при помощи сервиса, конечно), тот или иной товар-основу из нашего каталога. Далее эта основа представляется в сервисе, владельцы магазинов создают свои товары на базе данного изделия... И опять же - любая продажа приносит такому инициативному партнеру воззнаграждение (роялти). Кстати, этот сервис (называется он "Shared Poducts") не имеет аналогов не только в Рунете, но и в мире.
3. Как пользователи помогают вам в усовершенствовании сервисов, какие были самые интересные предложения от них?
Собственно говоря, 80% предложений по функционалу второй (нынешней) версии ProstoPrint.com внесли наши партнеры через форум: http://prostoprint.com/forum/ Мы лишь модерируем и упорядочиваем данную информацию, а также расставляем приоритеты.
В этом году мы пошли еще дальше: с 11 сентября начинает работу Попечительский совет ProstoPrint.com, куда вошли 9 наших наиболее уважаемых партнеров. Представителей администрации в попечительском совете нет. Этот совет выбирает приоритеты развития сервиса, то есть на основании различных предложений, озвученных на форуме, ПС говорит: эта функция нам нужна срочно, вот эта может подождать, а вот это вообще не нужно.
Мы же таким образом можем сосредоточиться на наилучшей технической реализации затребованного, а муки выбора предоставить партнерам.
4. Есть ли аналоги вашего ресурса, ориентировались ли вы на западный опыт?
Среди user-generated-goods-ресурсов есть общепризнанные мировые лидеры: это cafepress.com и zazzle.com в Америке, spreadshirt.net в Европе. Конечно, мы их внимательно изучили на этапе создания сервиса, да и сейчас продолжаем внимательно следить за их развитием.
В то же время уже сейчас могу сказать, что мы не копируем слепо опыт зарубежных коллег, а идем своей дорогой со своими синяками-шишками и пирожками-пряниками.
5. С какими сайтами по значимости для целевой аудитории может конкурировать Ваш проект?
Прокомментирую только свою отрасль: user-generated-goods-сервисы. В зарубежном интернете, помимо вышеназванных zazzle.com, cafepress.com и spreadshirt.net, очень импонирует бизнес lulu.com - это крупнейший в мире издатель книг по требованию. Уникальном опытом обладает newspaperdirect.com - это система локальной печати газетной продукции.
Если говорить о Рунете - я считаю, что ProstoPrint.com однозначно один из лучших сервисов в этой нише. Впрочем, и конкурентов у нас не так много. Хотя есть и очень интересные идеи - например, voobrazhala.ru или, например, porucheno.ru.
6. Насколько сложно и выгодно в настоящее время начинание подобных проектов, были ли (Есть ли) у вас инвесторы, и какие финансовые ресурсы вы привлекали (-ете) на создание, поддержку, зарплаты сотрудникам?
У нас достаточно сложный проект: чтобы реализовать что-то подобное, обязательно нужно разбираться в электронной коммерции, технологиях печати, а также внешнеэкономической деятельности. То есть это не классический старт-ап на два-три студента: изначально должны быть и технологи, и логистики, и интернет-промоутеры.
Мы - самоокупаемый проект, существуем и развиваемся за собственные деньги. К привлечению инвесторов мы пока по ряду причин не вполне готовы, хотя предложения поступают регулярно. Кстати, у нас есть программа "Shared Investments" - развитие некоторых направлений сервиса финансируют сами участники.
7. Собираетесь ли Вы монетизировать ресурс, как? Есть ли планы получения прибыли?
Мы получаем прибыль с первого месяца работы ProstoPrint.com.
8. Расскажите о вашей команде, кто внес (вносит) существенный вклад в создание и развитие вашего проекта? (кто программировал, кто разрабатывал дизайн? И т.д.)

Мозг и сердце - это 4 человека: я и еще трое.
9. Какое количество в данный момент зарегистрированных пользователей и какова динамика роста пользователей/сообщений?
Сейчас у нас около 6 тысяч партнеров. Прирост в месяц - где-то 400-500 новых регистраций. Активно продающих магазинов - примерно 5-7% от числа всех регистраций.
Если же говорить о количестве обслуживаемых покупателей - их порядка 90 тысяч.
10. Как вы собираетесь продвигать ваш ресурс, не только в Москве и других городах, но и в Интернет, и какую планируете посещаемость через год?
Сейчас наша основная задача - открыть представительство в России и обеспечить курьерскую доставку по Москве и Санкт-Петербургу (сегодня в РФ мы доставляем заказы только почтой). Думаю, с этой задачей мы справимся до 1 октября. Глобально же - нас очень интересует сегмент полиграфических сувениров и книг по требованию, керамики, мелкой сувенирки. Ну, и конечно - оставаться UGG-сервисом № 1 в Рунете.
